Faculty Member, International Summer Campus
About
Welcome to my Global KU Frontier Spirit home page!
I was a member of the Korea University International Summer Campus faculty for 2009. The program has quickly grown in size and quality to become the #1 summer campus in Asia, perhaps the world.
I had the pleasure of teaching about 40 students in my International Organizations course and 30 students in my International Political Economy course. Each class met for an hour and forty minutes four days per week for six weeks. This intense schedule allowed us to cover a lot of ground. The students worked hard, and I found the experience to be extraordinarily rewarding!
I also really enjoyed working with the fantastic summer campus staff - all Korea University students. They showed utmost professionalism, respect, and enthusiasm for the program at all times and made coming to work a joy.
In addition to teaching, I also had the pleasure of giving a presentation to KUNISA (Korea University Network of International Studies and Activities) in their 2009 Open Lecture Series (KOLS).
